What nutrients are analysed in the report?
I look at your diet and make suggestions for change - wherever I see room for improvement. It is impossible to give you exact information on your nutrient intake (see question 15) and clients I work with find my analysis more helpful than a list of numbers.
When you have paid, you will be able to download the Diet Analysis Diary - a link will be sent by e-mail. If you do not receive the download link and have fully read question 8, please contact me and I will re-send you the link.
Is PayPal a secure way to pay?
PayPal is secure - look for a padlock icon in your browser window (it must not have a red line running through it, and the padlock must be in your browser itself, not in the webpage) and make sure that any screen where you enter your personal data begins with 'https://' rather than the usual 'http://' (the 's' means 'secure').
What format is the Diet Analysis Diary in and will I be able to open it?
The Diet Analysis Diary is a downloadable word document (.doc) and you should be able to open it in Microsoft Office programs. If you do not have suitable software, you can either convert it to a different format at ZamZar or download OpenOffice for free.
What format should the Diet Analysis Diary be uploaded in?
You can upload your completed diary either as a word document (no version later than Office 2003) or PDF. A free PDF writer can be downloaded from PrimoPDF or your document can be converted online at PrimoPDF or ZamZar. Please virus check your document before uploading.

The Diet Analysis Report is tailored to all healthy dietary recommendations. I do not use recommended intakes, rather give you practical suggestions for change. See questions 1 and 15 for further information.
Is there a subscription involved with the Diet Analysis Report?
No! The Diet Analysis Report is a 'one-off' report - there is no subscription or further obligation. If you would like a further analysis to see the effects of a new healthy eating plan, that's entirely your choice.
How do I e-mail my completed diary as an attachment to The Diet Angel?

Why is this any better than a free service on the Internet?
The Diet Analysis Report is hand-analysed by a qualified nutritionist and gives you recommendations for improving any areas of your diet and lifestyle that need changing. Free services on the Internet are not always as comprehensive and don't always give you advice on what to do next.
The Diet Analysis Report will only be as accurate as your diary - think about a cup of tea: if you write '250ml of tea with 25ml of semi-skimmed milk', this is bound to give me more information than 'medium-sized cup of tea with milk'. Inaccuracies are always present in food intake analysis too as results are based on average nutritional values - a fresh ripe apple is going to contain more nutrients than a mouldy apple for example. This latter reason is why giving you practical suggestions for changing your diet is more useful than a list of numbers, which may not even accurately reflect your diet.
