Your Details - I collect brief details from each customer, including contact details which I use to fulfill your order and which I may use to let you know of other Healthier Me services and offers. Should you wish not to receive further contact from me, please let me know in writing to Emma Lynn, Healthier Me, 196 Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 7EZ or by using the website contact form. I am registered with the Data Commissioner, so you can be rest assured your details are dealt with appropriately.

Website - To improve the content of this website, I use Google Analytics to collect the IP address of website visitors; aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit; and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations. You can turn off your cookies if you do not want this. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or are required by law to do so. From time to time I may suggest products and services on other websites. It is your responsibility to check the privacy policy of these other websites.

Making a purchase - Please follow the steps on this website to make a purchase. Payment must be made by PayPal. Once paid for, please follow the link provided in the instruction email to enter your food diary information. Once this information has been received by me, you will receive your Diet Analysis Report normally 7-10 days later by email attachment (see note below). Should the report be scheduled for delivery later than this, you will be notified and given the option to cancel. You may cancel this contract anytime after payment has been made BUT NOT after you have completed your food diary information, nor may you return the Diet Analysis report for a refund as it is a personalised service.

Statutory Rights - This website and associated services are under the jurisdiction of the laws and courts of England. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Please note - your email provider might filter out replies so please do the following:
