Tip of the day:

Is butter best?

Butter contains saturated fats and cholesterol whilst margarine contains trans fats and both have a similar calorie content. So which is best? Saturated ('bad') fat and dietary cholesterol can both increase LDL ('bad') cholesterol levels, increasing the risk of heart disease. Trans fats are similar to saturated fats and increase LDL and decrease HDL ('good') cholesterol levels. The best advice is to enjoy either, in moderation!
